Previously, Paulette served as the Spiritual Director of theUK Unity headquarters and managed the Retreats department at Unity Village in Missouri. In 2009, she founded Touching the Stillness Ministries, a vibrant non-profit organisation that provides accessible resources for meditation and mindfulness practice.
She is best known for her long-running podcast, “Touching theStillness,” which featured over 3000 episodes on Unity Online Radio from 2012 to 2022, focusing on meditation and mindfulness. She is also a teacher on the Insight Timer App.
A highly sought-after meditation facilitator, Paulette has ledsessions at prestigious events, including the 2019 Institute of Noetic Sciences conference, the 2023 Parliament of World Religions, and offered prayers at the Stand Up for Humanity events held in two consecutive years at the National Mall in Washington, DC
As a sacred space holder, also known as the “Keeper of the Flame,” and Energy Support Practitioner, she creates nurturing environments for organisations and conducts prayer vigils to support individual intentions. Paulette served in this role as a non-voting member on the Unity Worldwide Ministries Board of Trustees from 2012 to 2021, and until October 2025, provided these services to the newly emerging Holo movement. She continues to serve as Keeper of the Flame for the Evolutionary Leaders Network.
In 2023, she received the esteemed Myrtle Fillmore Award from Unity Worldwide Ministries in recognition of her impactful contributions to prayer and meditation within the Unity Movement and beyond.
